Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been delivered. We check all products thoroughly before shipping and seal the boxes
We can only cancel new orders before they are dispatched and a shipping confirmation has not been sent out. Once you receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number, your order is on its way to you and we cannot stop the delivery
